** Where the *%!#@ have you been ??? **

After a lot of deliberation and trial we have now moved our head-office to Chonburi Province in Thailand. The businees is still connected with Australia, and always will be, but the physical presence will now be in Thailand. My main considerations for this were health related, arthritic fingers work much better in a warmer environment and financial. The tax benefits and overall cost benefits of moving our operation to South East Asia will be reflected through our ability to maintain the same prices as we have 3 - 4 years ago. Benefits will apply to Australian customers as no GST is required on purchases, Our servers are still located in Melbourne Australia and we still have a local (Sydney) phone nunmber for easy contact. The major difference is a time zone shift, Thailand is GMT +7 and does not have daylight saving so we are in a good position to service our Australian customers from both sides of the continent as well as our New Zealand customers.

** Feel like a tropical holiday **

As part of the setup and relocation to Thailand we have purchased a yacht charter business in Pattaya, Thailand. An old wooden Thai fishing vessel had been converted into a "luxury" cruiser with 2 private bedrroms, sleeping area, full kitchen, hot water shower and western toilet. Rental starts from a paltry AUD400 per day and includes activities such as fishing, swimming and snorkelling. For a little bit extra we have a motorised inflatable boat, jetski and 'the ring of death' (an inflatable 'donut' type device for 2 that we tow behind the jetski at terrifying speed).

The boat is fully equipped with a licensed bar, karaoke unit, wide screen TV, internet access point and we can provide spectacular cuisine in both Thai and international by our experienced chefs. Why not indulge in a seafood feast of fresh crabs, lobster and prawns whilst sipping on a fresh coconut spiked with rum in the privacy of your own charted yacht.

In the next few months we will be releasing lots of CubeCart modules that we have not advertised before for both CubeCart 3 and CubeCart 4. All of our mods are included in Kenz Kart ® and whilst many of these mods will remain exclusive to Kenz Kart ® there are many that can be incorporated into your version 3 or 4  store. As always we are happy to discuss your requirements if you have a special need. Many of these mods are 'spin offs' from the new modules available in Kenz Kart ® Version 2

** Account customers and bill payments  NOW AVAILABLE **

Due to the increase in requests from our resellers and from web developers in general we are now providing account facilities to selected customers. Please note that we do NOT operate accounts for individual stores and you must satisfy our requirements before approval is given. Resellers and webdesigners will need to satisfy our quality and service standards to qualify.

We are now allowing payments of our invoices from all KGB eCommerce divisions (including hosting, doomain names, custom programming services etc) from within this website. Click here to go to the payment page. ..... and remember this module is standard in new Kenz Kart releases.

** CubeCart 4 mods **

As many of you who have talked with me know we have stayed away from CubeCart Version 4 mods due to the inherent instability of CubeCart 4.and the numerous problems that have not been addressed  We have not changed our opinion of CC4  (CC5 was in reality an admission that Devellion had given up on it as well). However, due to overwhelming demand and the apparent fact that no-one else seems to want to support the Australian CubeCart community, we will be releasing a range of Australian specific CC4 mods. We are starting with the release of a gateway module for 'ANZ eGate' (available now) and will be following very soon with 'Bendigo Bank' and 'Commonwealth Bank' modules. Other modules are planned depending on demand.  Anyone who has a specific requirement for banking or shipping modules should contact us. We also offer full integration testing and compliance testing for our banking modules so you can just sit back and have it all done for you. Please remember that Kenz Kart ® is a far superior product and uses the stable CubeCart 3 as a base.  The standard Kenz Kart ® has well over 200 additonal  modules (fully incorporated) including ALL our gateway and shipping modules. Kenz Kart ® is available for not much more than the price of a few modules. Upgrades,  including new modules are free forever. (Some reasonable conditons and restrictions apply). We currently have no intention of supporting mods for CC5 (or porting them) whilst Devillion insists on charging developers for what they consider a "privalege" to support their 'deficient' product. When they offer genuine developers acess to a free development environment we may reconsider this policy. Dont hold your breath.

Currently we are only advertising a very small segment of our available mods. As with most things ... "ask and ye shall receive" (subject to availability). We also have solutions for many other taskes not just eCommerce related systems.

** Hosting, domain names etc.**

As some of you know we have been offering this service for some time. Our new billing system is finally finished and we are accepting orders for hosting. We have  introduced new flexible hosting solutions and significant discounts and benefits will be available for our customers. Our hosting solutions are specifically tailored for CubeCart and Kenz Kart ®. Please use the contact form for details. Whilst you can find domain names fractionally cheaper than us if you try we offer a "full service" experience backed by 2 of the largest domain wholesalers in the world.

** Custom mod Development **

If you have an idea that you want developed for your CubeCart store then send an email to our Sales Manager with details of your request. We will look at your proposal and contact you if we consider the project viable. Substantial discounts are offered where a significant contribution is made by you if we decide to develop the suggestion.
