This version is for use FROM the Perth (PER) zone only TO all destinations in Australia supported by the Fastway network.

A full featured shipping mod for the Australian Fastway couriers.

Handles all local and interstate options for Parcel and Satchel delivery.

Fastway couriers are a very competitively priced network of independant couriers servicing over 16000 destinations in Australia. Fastway uses a "pre-purchased label" system with no accounts or account keeping costs. Simply purchase the labels from your local Fastway franchisee, attach the appropriate coloured labels to your parcel and "off it goes". All parcels are "trackable" by both you and your customers. Simply enter the label number on the Fastway website and ... instant answer.

Each version of this mod is licensed for a particular origin zone (where you dispatch the parcels from). Currently you can chose from Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, Cairns, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Mackay, Newcastle, Northern Rivers  (in NSW), Perth, Sydney, Toowoomba, Townsville and Woolongong. Other origin zones available soon. Contact KGB eCommerce if you are unsure which zone you are in or require a zone not listed here. Unlike the oScommerce version, this mod gives you information specific to YOUR zone with database information direct from Fastway.

Destination details are available for over 16000 Australian destinations (14900+ from Townsville). Shipping destinations require a Postcode AND Suburb match, for added accuracy,  as some postcodes have different Fastway zones within them. This helps prevent "undercharging" the customer for "exotic" suburbs or postcodes.

The database automatically populates with prices for your zone (valid Nov 2006) and allows full flexibilty for you pricing. Individual "labels" or "satchels" can be activated or deactivated from the Admin panel. Customer price for each "label" or "satchel" can be customised with options for "At Cost", "Add a percentage", "Add a value" or  "Set a fixed Cost".

All data is direct from "Fastway Couriers" and has not been scanned thereby eliminating typographical errors from copying data manually.

This mod supports the three types of Fastway delivery

• Local and Shorthaul delivery (up to 25kg)
• Long Haul and Interstate (up to 25kg)
• Satchels - both local and Australia wide. (5kg and 3kg versions)

Each of the displayed names for the delivery type eg. "Fastway Local", "Fastway Courier", "Fastway Parcel" and "Fastway Satchel" can be customised from the Admin panel. The estimated delivery times (as quoted by Fastway) are display for your customers. NOTE: You will need to advise your customers via your T&C or on-screen display that times quoted are AFTER dispatch. As this is so heavily store dependant we leave this option to you. KGB eCommerce can assist you with these modifications if required (paid service).

Weights are derived from the CubeCart product database and the appropriate shipping options are automatically selected. (Warning: this mod requires that the "Product Weight" be set for each item to allow automatic calculation). Where additional labels are required for "Long Haul and Interstate" parcels over the 5kg amount these values are calculated automatically. Only options appropriate to the calculated weight of the package and destination are displayed.

This mod features KGB Electronics "One Click Installation". Simply download the files to your server, run the "install" file (details included) and if you accept the terms and conditions click on the button to install your product. Database changes and default values are automatically installed. You then simply delete the install files and configure any special requirements from the Admin panel.

Note: This mod uses encryption and inbuilt anti-fraud measures to combat software piracy.
